TODAY SPECIAL: Eggplant Salad (5 Servings)

RECIPE
Ingredient

9 eggplants

Salt

4
cloves of garlic
|
Soy sauce
|
1 chili
|
Sugar
|
5
spring onions
|
Sesame oil
|
Cool
water
|
Vinegar
|
DIRECTION:
1.
Boil
the whole eggplants for 3-5 minutes.
Tips:
Use the heavy plate to cover on the top of the eggplants, make sure that all of
the eggplants are under the water thoroughly, and we can keep the color beautiful!
2.
Put
the eggplants into the cool water to keep it tasty and good-looking.
3.
Chop
the garlic, chili, and spring onion finely.
4.
Make the sauce:
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy
sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt, sesame oil,
garlic, chili, and spring onions.
5.
Cut the eggplants into sections, and pour the sauce
on the top before serving.
