TODAY SPECIAL: Sweet and Sour Chicken (10 Servings)

DIRECTION:
1.
Peel
and bone the chicken legs.
2.
Cut the
chicken into medium size, and marinate with 1 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 clove
of garlic (chop finely), 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and some sugar for 20 minutes.
3.
Cut the
sweet pepper into half, remove the seeds, and cut it into medium size (similar
with chicken).
4.
Cut the
onion into medium size.
5.
Slice
the garlic and chili.
6.
Mix 3
tablespoons of flour, some salt, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of water to be the
paste.

Dip the
chicken into the paste and deep-fry it with hot oil till becoming golden brown.
(The temperature of the oil is about 180˚C.)
2.
Stir-Fry
the garlic and chili for a while, then put the onion into the wok, and add the
sweet pepper into the wok, and put the fried chicken into the wok when the
pepper and onion are half-cooked.
3.
Add 5
tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of
vinegar to taste. (The quantity of seasoning depends on you.)
