1st fia fia cooking--Vive La Vida Chicken Salad (2012/01/11)

Vive La Vida Chicken Salad                         Place:Nanumaga Maneapa

RECIPE

Ingredients
Quantity
Chicken leg

Carrot
1
Cucumber
2-3
Garlic
6 cloves
Chili
1
Ginger
¼


Condiment
Quantity
Salt
5 teaspoons
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Vinegar
1.5 tablespoons
Tomato Sauce
3 tablespoon





















DIRECTION:

1.    Skin and bone the chicken legs.
2.    Shred the chicken.
3.    Spinkle some salt, black pepper, and cornflour to marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
4.    Please shred the cucumbers and carrots.
5.    Chop the garlic, ginger and chili finely.
6.    Make the dressing: 

     Mixing the garlic, ginger, chili, sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce to taste.
(tomato sauce : vinegar = 2 : 1)

7.    Pour the dressing on the salad and blend it before serving.
